This is an amazing video into the Cathedral of Alcalá de Henares. We will visit the Museo Casa Natal de Cervantes, Phänomenta exhibition in Alcalá Magna Mall and then Illustrations by Mingote for Don Quixote in Old Hospital of Santa María la Rica.

Today we had the last session of Chameleon theater in the "theater" of our school. Tom has been Michael the Magician. He is an incredible magician, showman, actor... for our students.

Spring walk / Paseo de primavera

Last Thursday, March 26th, we celebrate the Spring walk. We had prepared for Fat Thursday to celebrate a meal off with tortilla, chorizo or tortilla with chorizo but the bad weather prevented us.

"Fat Thursday is a traditional Catholic Christian feast marking the last Thursday before Lent and is associated with the celebration of Carnival. Because Lent is a time of fasting, the next opportunity to feast would not be until Easter. Traditionally it is a day dedicated to eating, when people meet in open air areas with their friends and relatives and eat large quantities of sweets, cakes and other meals usually not eaten during Lent."

We went to the sports court of "Los Charquillos". We had a great time there.

El pasado jueves, 26 de marzo realizamos la salida de la primavera. La teníamos preparada para el jueves Lardero, para celebrar una comida en el campo con tortilla, chorizo o tortilla con chorizo pero el tiempo nos lo impidió.

"Jueves Lardero es una fiesta tradicional que marca el último jueves antes de la Cuaresma y se asocia con la celebración del Carnaval. Debido a que la Cuaresma es un tiempo de ayuno, la próxima oportunidad para darse un festín no sería hasta la Semana Santa. Tradicionalmente es un día dedicado a la alimentación, cuando las personas se encuentran en las zonas al aire libre con sus amigos y familiares y comen grandes cantidades de dulces, pasteles y otras comidas que normalmente no se come durante la Cuaresma."

Fuimos al club social de "Los Charquillos". Lo pasamos fenomenal.
